This is the most basic grind. 1. Approach the whatever you are going to grind at a 45 degree angle at a moderate pace. 2. Jump on landing with your back foot first or both feet at the same time unless you like eating shit. 3. Jump onto your blocks leaning back slightly so your wheels dont touch whatever and with your legs shoulder width apart. 4.SLide as far as possible and jump off.
TIPS: Once you have mastered this start leaning in more and you will slide more because its eaier to keep balance. |
